What does the Vacation Package include?
The package includes a minimum 2-night stay at one of the Abu Dhabi city hotels, plus your choice of General Admission Standing or Category 4 tickets to the Coldplay concert on 9 or 14 January 2025.
Where is the Coldplay concert being held?
The concert will take place at Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
Are children allowed at the concert?
Children under the age of 5 are not permitted entry to the concert. Children 14 and below are not permitted in the General Admission Standing area.
What are the concert dates?
Coldplay will perform on 9, 11, 12, and 14 January 2025.
The package includes tickets only for the concerts on 9 or 14 January 2025.
How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive an e-voucher after booking. Event e-tickets will be sent via email up to 48 hours before the event and can be shown on a mobile device or printed for entry.

Purchased packages are only valid for redemption on the chosen event date (9th or 14th January 2025).
The starting price of AED 2,795 per package is based on bookings made on yasisland.com for a two-night stay in a Abu Dhabi Hotel (on a one double room, two adults’ basis) and includes breakfast and event tickets for 2 adults.

Event ticket grants access to a Coldplay concert on the 9th or 14th of January 2025 at Zayed Sports City Stadium.
Anyone below 14 years of age is not allowed on the Standing Section of the Zayed Sports City Stadium for the Coldplay Music of the Spheres concerts. Guests under the age of 5 years are not permitted to attend the event. All persons under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+ years while attending the event.
Event ticket will be sent to you closer to event date via the email address given at the time of purchase.
The eTicket can be used on your phone or printed and will be sent to your email address up to 48h before the day of the concert.

No under 14s on the pitch standing permitted.
All persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult 21+ while in the venue.
Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the venue. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of the event ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
No cameras, audio or video recorders are allowed.
Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm and strollers are not allowed in the venue.
There are no storage facilities at the venue.
E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please ensure tickets are printed off or downloaded in advance. Only tickets with a bar code and legible text will be accepted. Any partially printed, damaged or illegible tickets cannot be accepted. For virtual tickets downloaded onto a smartphone, any screen that is cracked/damaged or has lighting problems will be rejected at the turnstile entry.
