• This offer is valid for stay dates from 8^th to the 21^st of April 2025, subject to stay dates including the event day.
• Prices start from AED 1,100* per package based on bookings made on yasisland.com for one (1) night stay in a 3* Yas Island Hotel (on a one double room, two (2) adults’ basis) and includes breakfast and event tickets for two (2) adults. *Prices are subject to availability and may vary.
• Offer applies on room sharing basis and is subject to room category restrictions at each participating hotel. Additional hotel charges may apply at some participating hotels.
• Package is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• Offer is subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply.
• Vouchers for the event will be issued following the purchase of a package. Seating will be allocated, and event E-tickets sent to package holders closer to the event date.

Event Specific and Ticket Terms:

• E-tickets will be scanned at turnstile entry. Please make sure tickets are downloaded onto mobile devices in advance.
• Strictly No re-entry: The ticket grants a one-time entry into Etihad Arena, with no right of re-entry.
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or above.
• All adults and children aged 2 years and older require a ticket. Children under 2 years old are admitted free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.
• Strollers will not be permitted into the venue however stroller parks will be available. All personal items are left strictly at the owner's risk with no venue liability.
• Access is available for those with a disability or other access needs. Accessible seating tickets must be purchased.
• No professional cameras, audio or video recorders are allowed.
• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm are not allowed in the venue. There are no storage facilities at the venue.
• Contactless payments only are accepted throughout the venue.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Tickets are for your personal use only.
• Miral Destinations and Etihad Arena reserve the right to cancel any tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, including but not limited to Viagogo or Dubizzle.
• Miral Destinations and Etihad Arena reserve their rights to confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price above face value.
• No admission: disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena and/or prosecution, as determined at the sole discretion of Etihad Arena, their representatives, affiliates and/or agents or law enforcement.
• In case of the cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of the event ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and the operator, Etihad Arena.

• This offer is valid to purchase on www.yasisland.com from 14th November 2024 to 5th April 2025, subject to availability.
• Purchased packages are only valid for redemption on the date of your purchased event ticket.
• Package includes the event ticket and lunch or dinner (set menu) at a participating outlet for 2 people. Starting prices are:
• Dine + Event: AED 570* per package

• Purchases are final, and NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for use by the purchaser and one accompanying person only.
• Lunch or dinner shall be from a set menu. Any items not included in the set menu will be subject to an additional charge that must be settled with the outlet directly.

• Prior reservation is required for lunch or dinner and is subject to outlet availability. You may be asked to show proof of identity by the outlet.

Entry Policies:

Venue doors open 1 hour before show with access to your seats available from 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance. At the start of each Act, there will be an auditorium lock out for up to 10 minutes. Please be seated pre performance start time to avoid auditorium lock outs.

• Seats in the floor seating are on the same level.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted, no storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
• e-ticket should be always kept with you and produced upon request by Arena staff.
