• Purchases are final, and NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for use by the purchaser and one accompanying person only.
• Lunch or dinner shall be from a set menu. Any items not included in the set menu will be subject to an additional charge that must be settled with the outlet directly.

Event Specific terms:

 

• Strictly NO readmission
• Parental guidance is strongly advised as the show is intended for adults and may not be suitable for children.
• Under 16’s must hold a ticket for the event and must be accompanied by an adult (21+).
• The event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Other than your phone, we strongly encourage you to leave your smart watches and any other smart devices at home.
• Upon arrival at the venue, after you have scanned your tickets, please put your phones on silent. Phones, smart watches and accessories will then be secured in individual Yondr pouches at the security check-in. Guests always maintain possession of their devices and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices must be re-secured in Yondr pouches before exiting designated Phone Use Areas.
• Anyone seen using a device (phone, smart watch, or accessories) during the performance will be escorted out of the venue.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of the event ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
• No cameras, audio or video recorders are allowed
• Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15cm and strollers are not allowed in the venue
• There are no storage facilities at the venue
• E-tickets will be scanned at turnstyle entry. Please ensure tickets are printed off or downloaded in advance.
• Please check the Etihad Arena website prior to the event to ensure you are aware of and comply with any Covid 19 measures that may be in place on that date. Failure to do so may result in you being denied admission.
• In case of the cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of the event ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer and Etihad Arena.
